Well, If you have a blog, it means writing your posts on a regular basis and getting them posted for your followers to read.

  1. Hi Gary

Consistence, I have a mind to be, but it is not always easy when I am trying to be consistent in a number of areas. When life gets in the way it spins everything out of whack. I am consistent about replies. If I am going to make a big effort to make a really good post (in my opinion) then I will appreciate anyone taking the time to read it and leave a comment. I try to respond as soon as I can. There are some that put out many posts, but take forever to reply to comments and sometimes never to all of them. May be they get lost in amongst many, but it is like if someone gives me something I want I will always say thank you and is not that the way comments should be acknowledged?

Consistence is great but better to complete the full circle of gratitude. So as much as I would like to put out more posts on a regular basis, it just is not happening. I try for 3 or 4 a month. It all depends on what is happening in my life and also is there anything of substance that I can write about.

Very good post and one I shall have to ponder over for awhile and see how I can improve on.

    Hi Mary,

I completely agree about the importance of completing the circle of gratitude.
You are in fact being extremely consistent yourself by answering all of your readers comments.
This is something that you do consistently.
It gives you the results that you require.
Others may feel that by writing daily blog posts that this is giving them the results that they require.
The great thing about a blog or online business is that it grows with you, you decide what areas you would like to improve and for what reason.
We all have areas where we can improve and as long as we consistently work toward getting better at them whilst playing to our strengths.
We will always be moving in the right direction.

    Thanks for your input.

    Hi Gary,

Consistency is definitely important when trying to mind your business. It’s not one of those things you want to have to learn at the last minute.

Unfortunately, most of us end up having to teach ourselves this skill. There are many reasons why consistency is difficult. Take the internet for example.

There is so much to learn and technology changes so quickly. Sometimes we lose our consistency because we’re trying to keep of with changing tides.

There’s always new ways to become better, but we should use this as a reason to keep starting over. And that’s what tends to happen quite often… start, stop…

  4. Wadud says:

Sorry… I meant to say we shouldn’t use this as a reason to keep starting over…

  5. Gary says:

    Hey Wadud.
I understand there are constant upgrades in technology, therefore we must adapt to them and grow with the changes
What I mean by consistency Is to constantly work toward our goals in a methodical manner.
Consistently doing the things that will move us forward irrespective of the changes around us. And as we get quicker and better, learning and applying new things that we can become consistent at.

Thank you for your valued input.

  6. Nice post man. Free yourself from consistency. If you try to be consistent, you tied yourself to something. Don’t restrict yourself… Be Good, Do Good. That’s all.

      Hi m nirmal,
I say we should agree to disagree.
Consistency is something that shows reliability.
I would rather be trained by, buy from or do business with somebody who shows consistency in what they do.
      Thank you for your input,
